Yes, I’m posting again. I’m going to create posts in my blog with the tag: happinessisajourney Yes, cliched as it may seem but after attending the happiness workshop, I decided to insert the ‘things that made you happy today’ into my blog. You would be right to say many people have thought of this and are doing it, but I’m just going to jump onto the bandwagon and be unafraid of being called ‘mainstream’. I’ve thought about doing this on a separate blog as somethings will be quite personal but heck it, I don’t think many people I know read my tumblr anyway. Haha. (If you’re reading these posts, please remember they’re more for my personal benefit so I will not be explaining terms or anything)
SO! Here begins my first post.
1. Having a very fun time with everyone during tea today.
2. Walking in the village with the girls and going to the art block while visiting the Warren as well. It was a much needed break from studying.
3. Dinner. Who could’ve thought dinner could be so enjoyable but today’s meal was definitely full of laughter and truly a nice meal I’ve had in a long time (not the food but the people)
4. Realisation of my best friend who has truly has been wonderful, constantly striking conversation with me and keeping in touch even though we’re miles apart. <3
SO THERE YOU GO. First post done and I feel really good after penning those down. If anyone is reading this, you should really try this even though I’ve yet to see any effects. (because I started today, duh.)
